today i had my niece for a few hour's it was lovely my fuzzy head whent for a while and i din't have a panic attack while having her.her name is lilly she is only 2 years and so funny she helped me today bless herxx

Today my wife and I went to the Black Country Museum and Canal in Dudley. Our second visit since May 11. It was brilliant. The best day I have had since becoming ill 8 weeks ago. I drove there and back no stress or panic.
