Oooooh forgot to put what I'd managed today

Rang up a local alternative therapy health place and am going to have a bit of reflexology next week.... ok you might think thats nothing but it is for me as I've got the most ticklish feet you can imagine. Really looking forward to it although the poor lady doing it might get a few kicks in the process.

Took my dog for a walk and found £20 blowing around in a pile of leaves on the deserted canal bank so put it in the local childrens charity shop donation bucket. That made me feel really nice

And... wait for it.... had nothing in for tea so on with the coat at 5pm and out into the dark to head on foot to the local shops....but it was pouring down. A devilish rage came over me and I said to myself 'STUFF THIS... I've got a blummin car there half full of petrol, I'm paying road tax and insurance on it... it's dark.. it's cold.. it's pooring down.. AND I'M GOING IN MY CAR.

Ok so the shops are only actually a 5 minute walk away so I didn't actually go very far but I did it again and it made me feel good......sons gobsmacked. I'll be registering for Brands Hatch before I know it

Today I drove my car down to ASDA and went shopping all on my own and did not panic .

Good for a agrophobic with anxiety/panic and my costalchondritis is bad also today

I hope you treated yourself to something really nice while you were there.

I think I might have to put more effort in as you are all running rings round me with what you're all achieving and what you are overcoming.

So I might go to Asda tomorrow too if (sorry 'WHEN') I've got my 'mission not impossible' head on as it's a bit further than the two little trips I've done this weekend.

.... and I know what little treat I'm going to buy myself too

Every little step we manage to take now will GROW into a bigger step next time and every huge hurdle we manage to climb over will turn into a lower one that we can skip over and ignore x x x x

I like the 'Mission not Impossible' bit you'll get there eventually dizz, just don't give up trying and you'll do things in your own time.

Can't claim to have done much but I did make myself ask at work about paid hols which I've been terrified to do for months (don't ask) and I've started a CBT self-help book which I have posted about elsewhere.
