Shaggy I think you just upload a pic of your choice to the administrators and they will post it if they accept it. Could be wrong, it has been known

Hi Shaggy,

Click on the ‘Private Messages’ link at the top. On the left of that screen there’s a list of options, and one says ‘Edit Avatar’. There are loads you can chose from.

If you want something not already listed, try this:

8) Getting a custom Avatar.

We do not allow members to upload their own avatar. Please email a copy of the avatar to nomorepanic@btinternet.com or send a link to the avatar on a site that you want and this will be changed for you.
