    Uploading your own avatar

    I am going to allow people to upload their own avatars and see how it goes.

    Please be sensible about this though and do not upload anything rude, offensive, racist, adult material, animal/human cruelty, annoying flashes, etc

    Please also be aware that there may be copyright laws for some pictures.

    If possible please resize your images to 90 pixels x 90 pixels (please do not ask how to do this as I do not know what software you have on your PC to maniuplate images).

    If this is abused then I will have to remove this feature again.

    To upload your own avatar then go to: Quick links/User control panel/Edit avatar and upload it from there.

    There are loads already uploaded Mag so you can just choose one of them.

    Again you can do this in your user control panel.

    duloxetine 60mg am/ pm , cut out night time one,, see how it goes,
    seroquel 200mg xr pm ------ weaned down to 150mg-------now 100mg------ 50mg---------NONE-----back on 50mg


    diaizpam 5mg, as needed.

    come on panic attack do your worse,, you can knock me down,, BUT I WILL GET BACK UP AGAIN.
