New and Nervous
Well here I am, been suffering with anxiety on and off for the last 6 years but the last 10 days have been difficult because I've been having panic attacks (or at least feeling anxious) nearly every day.
I take beta blockers (Propranolol) and find they do help, and I'm currently on a waiting list for counselling.
I'm so pleased to have stumbled across this website because it's a huge relief to know that there are many people out there experiencing this too and I'm sure you'll all agree, it can get tedious trying to talk to people who don't, or have never suffered from panic or anxiety.
