I've been told by my doctor to increase citalopram from 10mg to 20mg and also start taking 5mg Buspirone twice a day. I'm so scared of taking any medication and am really nervous. Have been on 10mg citalopram for 8 weeks now and still have increased anxiety.
Has anyone any experience with Buspirone as I'm really scared to take them but I know I need to do something as I can't cope at the moment.
