question about propranolol

Hi, ive been taking 160mg propranolol for sinus tachycardia. ive just started this dose yesterday as the lower doses had no effect. this has worked and my heart rate today has been around 60-70 bpm. im due to take my next dose now but im worried if my heart rate is now normal, will taking another dose make it too low? does anyone know how this works?

I had 40mg x 3 times daily, taken at regular intervals it keeps your heart rate lower. It wears off after about 6 hours, it does not have a cumulative effect as far as I know.
