Hello..Im here to talk about anxiety!

HI Everyone,
my name is Lisa. I have been suffering from anxiety and panick attacks for almost 4 years now.
I was doing some research on the interent (for the 10 millionth time) to find a solution to my problem and stumbled across this website.
i started reading and instantly started feeling better about myself knowing that i am not alone and there are so many other people like me.
i really want to over come this fear of everyhting that i have and what better way than to joina support group like this one?!
You all seem so supportive and positive with each other and i hope to do the same for all of you!
