    im fine with onions infact i love them and leeks can eat them for england,,garlic i love too but it can upset my tummy every now and then,,but its funny you had the bousin ,,because i had that the other day and boy did i wish i didnt ,,yet other times im fine with cheese ,,i think if we are stressed in general our tummys sensitive thats when we have to watch what we eat,,that includes chocolate for me

    Don't know it is light have a little bit in a toasted sandwich with onion

    yes i think it can.
    My reasoning for that is because I heard that garlic is a natural antibiotic so it kind of works like antibiotics do. As normal antibiotics strips all the good bacteria I would say that garlic would too. As we need good bacteria for healthy digestion.

    Since finding that out I dont eat garlic at all now.
