my isotol arrived today - i have bought tablets but ordered some powder too. holland and barrett very kindly sent me 100 tablets instead of the 30?!
each tablet is 650mg - should i start with 3 a day which is just under 2g?
anyone recieved mega benefit from these - i am wary of pinning my hopes on natural remedies but many studies have shown they work as well as ssris.
