Advice needed please.

Hi all, since about 3pm today i have been getting a strange sensation in both of my legs.....its as if the nerves are twitching, feels like little bugs crawling under my skin, kind of bubbley......its all over my legs...has anyone else had this? Im really worried as it dont seem to be fading :(

I get this sometimes Carli. It could be the weather affecting your circulation, restless leg syndrome, caffeine, sleeping in an awkward position, hormones (with women lol) or even plain old anxiety...

I'm sure it's nothing serious and it'll most probably be gone by tomorrow. Try not to concentrate on it by distracting yourself and keeping busy.
