we do them once a month roughly, such a lovely group and lizzie does so well on organizing it all, i'm trying to recover my agoraphobia so it has been a massive help to me, but such a lovely group to be with if your nervous, we all suffer different things.

Paul, I can't phone in sick as ive only just got rid of my 1st stage warning, RM have a sick policy which seems unfair to me, if your ill your ill. I was off last year for 3 weeks and got given a stage 1 warning, so i try and keep my sick record to a minimum.
