Vit B Complex dosages

I had an anxiety relapse about 3 and a half months ago and aswell as my Sertraline I have been taking Vit B complex 50mgs (once a day) for about 2 and half months. Last week I went to the chemist to get a new bottle of Vit B Complex and I asked the chemist how much I should take for anxiety/anxiety related problems. He recommended I take the 10mg tablets once a day. So I've swapped to the smaller dose.

I just wanted to ask the medically trained members of the forum whether they have any opinions on dosages for Vit B supplements. I think maybe the 50mg was good while my anxiety was at its worst but perhaps now that it's settled down the 10mg will be enough?

How many mgs a day do other people on here take and what are your positive experiences of the supplement?

I take 50mg Vitamin B complex since I started getting anxiety attacks which was about 3 months ago. I have good days and bad days, quite a few bad recently as I have started taking Citalopram, but today is a good day! Hopefully the B Complex is helping.
