    hynotherapy!

    Hi.

Have been to see a counsellor recently who also specialises in hynotherapy. I was willing to have a go, and found myself in the most relaxed state ive been in for a long time!

Alongside breathing exercises, and specific thoughts to think about when the obsessional ones come, i wouldn't say that im cured at all, but i would definately agree that its great for relaxation.

Have been looking around other websites too, and there are some just as brill as this one! try out anxieycare.org.uk who do home counselling and support groups around london.

    lots of love
