I have been waiting it seems for my period for a week now, I know I'm not pregnant, and have just come off the pill which could be making it late this month.
Today however I just feel blah. I feel like coming down with flu or something and feel warm but shivery and just want to sleep.
Does anyone else get something similar with pms?

When I'm overdue OMG I feel so awful. Like I'm getting a cold or something, cuz I can't get comfy and my body temp is all over the place. The missed beats come in there 1000's and I jus wanna sleep/cry/be swallowed by the ground.
PMS is never a nice experience! Especially with anxiety. :( Hope you feel better very soon. xx

oh I feel exactly the same see my post a couple down! I have just locked myself in the toilets at work and cryed that my period is 51 days late!

Also forgot to put that i am feeling hot and cold at the same time and shaky really worried!

I feel as rough as a badgers arse if im late - god help anyone whos near me!
I'm sure it will appear soon and then you'll feel better
