I ordered the Rock Rose, which i thought may be more effective that normal rescue remedy during a panic attack.
Also, I got the JFDI bracelet, i love it, although i didn't love trying to explain to my grandma what the "F" stood for!

I haven't tried it yet, but rock rose is for sheer terror, whereas normal rescue remedy has a mixture of all sorts in it.

Yes My JFDI Braclet means Just Flipping Do It when the grandkids ask
