hi everyone im now wondering if i to have postnatal depression/anxiety i wos told i have depression and anxiety but this all started after i had my 8month old i have had postnatal depression b4 and i no it can relaps down th line, but my doc never lookd in2 this. is their any way they can really tell if its postnatal or just depression x

i don't think it really matters, actually - the treatment is much the same. If it starts within two years of giving birth, I think they are likely to say it is PND.

that good to no i wosent sure if he had even lookd at the fact that it could be pnd x

well i had my postnatal check 2day and my healyh visitor has said i have it and has put in for me to start a group and cbt iv got more help of her in 1 day than i have of my doc in the last few months x
