Anyone else suffer from really vivid dreams due to anxiety/depression?
I have noticed that since my anxiety came back my dreams are so vivid,not really scary or anything but when i wake up i still feel like im in the dream for a few hours after............sorry if this sounds a bit weird but i hope that someone can relate

No not weird at all...hehehe between my wife's dreams and mine..I think we could probably write a book about the good the bad and ugly dreams.Some anxiety produced and some that well maybe memories produced and then there are probably some that the midnight snack produced.We can surely relate Definitely

I noticed my dreams can become very intense and vivid when my anxiety is really high. They also feel like they are very disjointed and playing through my head extremely fast (almost like they are on "fast forward")...not sure if that makes any sense but its the only way I can explain it.
