My gp said(and i think i found it on some medical journal/paper online) that it can take up to 4 weeks to work. I had to stay on 300mg for 4 weeks for that reason. I think 300mg helped a bit for a few days. Did it do nothing for you?

Hi
Was started Pregabalin on Friday for knee pain from septic arthritis. Was on Tramadol and worked but have been taken off it and put on Pregabalin. Not working yet. Still in a lot of pain.
Hi Cyberpunk - Pregabalin works on some kinds of pain, I think chiefly where the nerves are affected. I hope it is suitable for your pain. If not, don't hesitate to go back to your doctor.
