Spots

Hi,

Is having spots usual if you have Anxiety?, I have tension in my chest and aches down my arms and after I have a bad anxiety attack I seem to get spots, Normaly on my cheeks, under my chin and on the neck and scalp.

Dose anyone else get this?.

From what I have read this is quite normal. I know people with acne who get worse spots when they are anxious.

My skin flares up on my face with the stress of anxiety, I mainly get spots along my jaw line. Infact my whole body gets itchy especially my legs and the insides of my arms. xx
