Hi I am new here as of yesterday, used the chat room last night and really enjoyed the company!

I have suffered from GAD and panic attacks on and off for about 14 years now, have keep it my deep dark secret for most of it[}]. I've learned to accept them now and try to live with them. They try and pull me down[V] (had a particularly bad week this week) but I am absolutely determined they will not get the better of me.
