Embarrasing Bowel Movement Question

Ok this is really embarrasing and gross so please bare with me if you can :S

I will keep it short and to the point since its embarrasing for me:


Anyway for the past week or so i have been having gurgling stomach, sometimes upset and diarrhea and mixed constipation. My stools are always brown but when i wipe my toilet paper is always just a light yellow with a bit of mucus, no brown. Why is this? Is this something i should be concerned with? I figured it was just a phase but it still the same, and i go daily.

Everybody produces mucus, would be hard to poo if you didnt have any it does become more obvious at times.
Maybe you've picked up a bit of a bug, make sure you are not eating anything to aggravate it, and relaxing will help too.

Thx for the reply, ya idk if its a bug or not. Along with this my head has been feeling very woozy/dizzy, not real extreme because i can still walk around and do things, but just constant and light, but still bothersome.

I have ibs and it sounds similar - symptoms sound the same - and is usually worse when anxiety and panic is worse! - but if it's new to you and keeps up - go to the doctor and get it checked!

Mine is always light brown.

Probably because I only eat chicken mainly as far as meat is concerned.

It is also signs of anxiety but I do have Coeliac Disease which will produce more mucus than normal anyway.

You can always ask the doctor to refer you for a stool test?
