Hits is only my second time on here last Friday I feel down stairs twice and banged my head went to casualty they said I was ok but now I feel so anxious that something is going to happen to me I have been.crying and allsorts I know it is just anxiety but just can't help my self can't get appt for docs as the weather is so bad none off them can get in ?please help ?xx

Hello sorry to hear how you are feeling. I know how scary it can be when you bang your head!
Just try to remember if the doctors were at all worried then they wouldn't have let you leave the hospital and also some thing would have happened by now as you banged your head on friday.
I think most people on here has banged their head quite hard and really panicked, its natural for people like us but we are all still here I know its really hard but just keep telling yourself some thing would have happened by now xx
