Newbie just arrived

Hi everyone, can't believe it's taken me so long to combine the words panic attacks and forum to find this place!

I've been having panic attacks quite seriously for nearly 3 years now. Hmm better post the rest somewhere else.

So heres me saying Hi on the newbie bit

Do have a good hunt round on the home pages attached to this forum too as well as the search facility for previous posts on here . It's been going a long time on here now. We've discussed most things at least once !
