To Mum
Without a mother as caring as you
My life would no doubt be very blue
Rest assured I will always be here for you
In remembrance of Oma
Your mum has passed away
She now is in a better place
And no longer has to endure days full of gray
She was a woman full of love and grace
Oma, we will never forget
I can almost bet
You are now in a beautiful place above
Free from pain but full of love
Although endured hard times now and again
She always took care of all of her children
With the greatest love and consideration
Everyone who knew her has nothing but admiration
As a person, she was beautiful, gracious and fair
Not to many you can compare
Her wonderful personality and traits
Although she has now risen to the pearly gates
We must always remember that this is a castle in the air
And although right now it seems unfair
We should appreciate
She is now in a the golden estate
When we think of her we will always treasure
The happy times and pleasure
We spent with her around
She was a Queen and has now been crowned
We will miss her everyday
But remember she has not gone away
We must never forget that we will reunite
When we also take that wonderful heavenly flight
