burning in my stomach

Has anyone had the feeling of a red hot burning sensation in their stomach? I used to get it when I first started with anxiety some years ago. I suddenly had it again when we got stuck in traffic last week. For a couple of days I had stomach pains and didn't feel like eating much. I wondered if it was because you make a lot of acid when we get anxious.

Yes that is totally true that we do produce lots of acid and this can irritate our tummy linings.

Aloe vera juice can help as well as eating very regularly.
