Am terrified - Please help

I have had ME/Fybromyalgia for about 14 years but recently I have started getting new symptoms. 1. Headaches (was sent for CT scan which was clear). 2. Sore joints. 3. Mouth ulcers and then yesterday twice out of the blue I got an electric shock feeling down my arm. I looked on the net and this can be a sign of seizures, MS or heart problem. I am so scared. I really need your help.

I'm no expert but surely a ct scan would identify anything that would cause a seizure?

Headaches are normal, I get tons of mouth ulcers.

Joint pain is not a direct symptom of MS, Sunflower. It's a secondary thing you can get as a result of prolonged difficulties with walking, immobility etc. Hope this helps x

Joint pain is a common complaint of me and fybro.

Fibro can also give you weird neuro symptoms as well as the feeling as if you have run a marathon constantly.
The CT scan would have ruled out things like a brain tumour.

Thanks for your thoughts. Does anyone know if ME can change to Fibromyalgia and if your symptoms can change years after being diagnosed?
