Anybody else have this with gas?

Everynight when I eat..Ill be relaxing and my heartbeat seems very good . .anywhere from 66 to 72 and then Ill get up and do something and my heartbeat speeds up and starts skipping beats. Like two beats stop two beats stop two beats stop and the normal beating and then skip here and there. If I can get some water down me or take some acid relief It stops somewhat..I guess its mostly anxiety causing this and maybe coffee and such and I have had it off and on for a few years ..seems like its worse around anxiety or maybe I just notice it then..I don't know.. Anybody else get this with gas a lot?

Sounds like anxiety to me, or just a change in blood pressure from sitting to standing. My heart always beats faster when I stand up, a fair bit faster, and sometimes it feels like it's skipping beats, but often it probably isn't it's just that I focus on it so much!

Is that change a "bad thing" or normal? Yes im trying to get away from listening and feeling it to ignoring it like I used to.. Im really trying. Thanks for your comment. Michael

It's just a completely normal change. Almost everyone gets these kind of feelings, but not everyone notices it.
