    Insomnia/night time panics and anxiety +++

    Hi, i'm new to this, having a particularly horrid night, suffered panic attacks for 20 yrs-ish, developed insomnia after accident last year, would be great to chat to people who also have trouble sleeping!! x

    Im currently having nite p/a witch hsve started for no reason the fluttering heart beat dosnt help x

    aaaw, it's crap (am i allowed to say that?!) isn't it? Hope you manage to calm n sleep, the racing heart is not nice, been telling myself 'it's just a feeling etc etc'; after 20 yrs i should know how to deal with it by now, humm...jus hate the nite time 1's....

    Yes, have managed to calm down a lil bit, i havnt slept properly for 15 months now since i got hit by a car while cycling, really didnt need post traumatic stress on top of panics/anxiety i already had! Am jus trying to stay in the moment etc... what techniques do you use?
