My contamination fear is back

I fear contamination all the time the reason I OCD is everything has to feel just right..but anyway today's example is I washed my cereal bowl and poured a fresh bowl to eat this morning and I could taste the washing up liquid as it was freshly washed so I'm worried I'm contaminated? Anybody else had this and will it be ok?

You're ok, I've done this so many times. The other day I washed a water bottle out so I could fill it up with water again and used a little bit too much washing up liquid, lots of bubbles involved - anyway I thought I had washed it all properly but I hadn't as later on when I was having a massive drink from the bottle I realised it was bubbly and tasted of washing up liquid. I'm ok.

You're just fine - nothing to worry about.
