Alexis & Blues Separation rant

Hi, well as some of you remember I had a post on here and received wonderful replies and support, it was about my husband having an affair after 25yrs. The weeks following and events.
I removed it all due to a flippant comment being passed.(which wasent on here)
Since then many people have been in touch with me and when I told them how I really felt, they asked why not rant again if it helps, so Bluebottle and I decided to share a ranting post.
After all anything which helps reduce fear, anxiety or depression has to be worth it.
So without going into too much detail, my life is still very difficult, I decided to return to work for a few hours a day , due to the fact I sit 24/7 crying and looking at everything we have built over the last 25yrs,I am trying to go out and about a bit but at the moment only really manage in the car or with somebody else.
He is still here despite everything I said i was going to do, the rows and atmosphere are horrendous.He still goes to hers as and when he wants so really this is just a glorified hotel.
i have the solicitor tomorrow and Im hoping I can move another step forward.
So thanks for reading. Anybody who wants to join OUR rant post feel free.

Glad you got past the comments, no one knows how they would be in this situtation untuil it happened to them, it is easy to say move on, and you will in your own time, but things are still a long way from sorted with the house etc and until thats done your stuck really you cant move forward until its sorted and he has gone, but at least you are taking the steps to help yourself i.e going back to work and i know you have had a few days out, it all helps in the long run,
