Just to say thanks for replies, it really does help!
Got CMHT appointment in a few minutes, then to solicitors then a stiff drink maybe.
Yes Kairen I have had a few half/days out and about, i now need to make that move and go on my own and hold my head up high instead of relying on other people. If its up to me it is easier to stay home, Im glad Ive got pushy friends.I must try to get independant.

Hi all, turned up for CMHT and she had gone home ill, prob best really as I wasent really looking forward to that and solicitors.
Solicitors was OK altho I always find it mentally exhausting, just altered a few things on a sheet they were sending to him as so much has changed over last few weeks.
Everything moving again now, it is going to be a long job.
He is going to hers again when he finishes work in morning until Friday pm, he hasent told me but i have ways of knowing, i have almost made my mind up to tell him a date to go.. which he is desperate for. Just needed to clear things with solicitor today.
i suppose I also enjoy the "power feeling " of knowing he isnt with her all time, she hasent won yet.
Going to share a bottle of wine with a friend tonigh, thanks guys.xxx
