Sorry new to this and i keep getting questions buzzing round my head.
Even when i'm not having attacks i can feel my heart pumping so hard, is this normal and can you have PA without your heart going mad?
I seem to have a constant numb tigling feeling in my right arm and my nose seems to go cold as well is this normal with PD.
I only started having PA just before christmas and its getting me down already, how do some you guys cope after having them so long?
Sometimes i feel like i'm having a PA all day, is this normal?
What is CBT?
I have been refferd to the Phychologist (at my request) as i have had a lot of bereavement over the last 3 1/2 years so i do understand that it could be depression but i hate the fact the docs just fobb you off with that and dont look in to the med side as well. As i said in my other post (L-Theanine) i have had a thyroid test done to see if it could be that as i have lost alot of weight as well over the last 3 months.
Sorry, babbling on.
Can anyone help with above Q's
Thanks Liz
