Well, not sure what issue you are working with. Sometimes there is some simple change in daily routine that helps a lot. Get all the comforts you can for your activities.

If leaving the house is a problem, then organize some safe way of doing it. For example someone could drive you instead of public transportation.

There are physical barriers to our actions and we can tweak those to suit our lives.
