Tingling and numbness

Hi everyone

I am just wondering if anyone else gets this. I have had an almost constant tingling sensation in my right shoulder, I have had it for about 3mnths now. I have also had numb toes on my right footon and off for about 2 weeks but for the last couple of days it hasn't really gone away. I am worried this is either symptoms of brain tumour of MS. Obviously hoping it's just aniexty!!!!
