It's My Birthday!
I'm not trying to seek attention, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the site who has given me advice and supported me.
I never thought that I'd be OK to celebrate 3 months ago, as I was in the grip of anxiety but I'm almost better now, just need to have my gallbladder taken out next week and I will be finally on the mend.
This site has helped my recovery and I'm truly grateful.
