    That is interesting, the exercise is definitely a boost for me.

    I am sure diet etc is certainly a factor that could do with readdressing, no that I eat baddly but could do with some studying.

    Good article Anna, I liked the bit where he says to walk when you feel low, as theres something "very centering" about having our feet on the earth. This agoraphobic will keep that in mind.
