Had a quiet day, hoping to go shopping tomorrow if I can beg a lift, just for an hour to get some fresh air.

Abdomen still very sore.

I've got some "BioOil" ready for when the scars heal up, it's supposed to help.

Bio-oil, I think, is very good for scars. I use it on some scars that I have.

Am very sore tonight; going to going to be lazy tomorrow. The shopping place is a small retail park, I'll see how I feel after a sleep. I've read that it can take 12 weeks for muscles to heal so must take care not to overdo it.

Anxiety has been quite low since the day of the op, that's a good thing.
