Hi, I used to get like this too. You need to fill your day - books, films, tv programmes, etc etc. Have you got someone who could visit you for a cuppa - break up the day a bit?
If you find you can't relax enough to sit still and read/watch tv, then try stuff like cleaning - not much fun, but will keep you busy and give you a sense of having achieved something when you have a sparkling house!
Break the day into chunks as well - don't see it as a whole day, but just focus on the next hour. Once you've done that, there's no reason why you can't do the next hour, as you've proved you can.
Try to remember that panic can't harm you - it's horrendous, and makes you feel rubbish, but it's just feelings. Maybe try to go for a walk - fresh air might help and exercise is good for anxiety. x
