Losing touch with members
Hey,
Ok so sometimes I don't come on here as much as I used to, depending on my anxiety levels but I seem to have lost touch with some members I got to know through chat.
Alihud are you still out there?? Or does anyone else know? Lucy who I called Juicy Lucy (lol)?? Bailey, Bomberbeamish???

IM STILL HERE,just not been on as much,, i have quick look think its because im doing ok at mo, on here to as having my seroquel reduced so im trying to find some one whos been though it with out horror story,, so i prob be on every day now till i get through this, lol, xxxxx
Current meds,
duloxetine 60mg am/ pm , cut out night time one,, see how it goes,
seroquel 200mg xr pm ------ weaned down to 150mg-------now 100mg------ 50mg---------NONE-----back on 50mg
diaizpam 5mg, as needed.
come on panic attack do your worse,, you can knock me down,, BUT I WILL GET BACK UP AGAIN.
