Peeps, I need Help

Hi guys n gals, as I've said before I haven't got HA or GAD or the winter SAD. I've found the site a wonderful source of help tho'. I've gone on a downer, gee I try to control it (mental/anythingelse) can't do it. I'm not good on telephone or actually saying how I feel any but way to anyone. When I have tried it, either the person is going out or they talk about their stuff (i'm not dissing those people, just the way it goes)..not any of you.
It was a daft thing that set me off 'A Good Year For the Roses' -Elvis COSTELLO(). OK that song was sad for me along time ago, but I can relax to it now.
Stuff has happened (not with family) and I feel I just want to have lived a different life. I've not been bad.
