Ahem..Missy, are you sure you should entrust your welfare to MM? He seems to have rather a strong interest in butts and Im not talking the ciggy kind as the above emoticon demonstrates.

Anyway..I have been off the cigs for 2 years in Feb after smoking for more than 30 years. I had a couple days of patches (2 I think) but that was it, I hate prolonging the difficult part, prefer to get it over and done with!

Someone to talk to helps tremendously so maybe a local group or helpline you can call, they can get you over those few minutes when the withdrawal is really strong.

I used the NMP chat room! I was kucky as there were a few ex-smokers in there who gave me support and reminded me that I could do it..they made all the difference.

Whatever way you decide to do it you know we will support you all the way.
