Missy I am starting to feel as a leper, that is what my work mate called me.My hubby has volunteered to go to Grantham to help with councilling the families that lost loved ones.

Hi Guys

Many. many thanks for you support and encouragement. I have not had a cig since Friday evening and I really do think I CAN do it this time.

The patches itched my skin for a few minutes but that was all - have tried the gum and inhalators before but they just taste disgusting ( how bad do cigs taste lol).

I now have the greatest incentive of all to stop - MM is watching me
