n.m.p group sheffield

Saw a few posts on gumtree last night about a no more panic support group that meets in sheffield (think it was city centre and heeley) Could anyone give me a bit of info about it please? Anyone attend it? wondering where its held, and too scared to just turn up without talking to someone about it first!

Hi Pia,

I'm also from Sheffield and would be interested to find out if there is a meeting too. I have never attended anything like that before but my anxiety is reaching new levels at the mo and I could do with some support .

Thanks Alison and Sam Have e-mailed the n.m.p group thing, so will hopefully hear back soon and will let you know how i get on. Sam, if your interested in attending perhaps we could give each each other a bit of support and go there together/or meet outside? will see what they say when they get back to me.
