hi , is it for your ibs , i got some hi fibre granules on prescription years ago and they were great , not a laxative as such and sorry to be graphic but they made your stools like cow pats so you got less pain when going for a no 2 , i took these woth mebverine tablets , cant remember the name of the stuff you just sprinkled it on your corn flakes or what ever . I used to have ibs pretty bad in my late 20,s (constant) but it cleared up and i only get it now and again
I took Fibogel ..Its the same /similar stuff as the previous poster is on about .You add it to water drink it .Its got an orange flavour .It bulks out your stools and makes them easier and fuller .I found it good when I first had IBS .as I was always constipated .A whole glass however was a lot to drink with a meal .Would and do reccomend it ..I also recommend Liquorice and Syrup of figs .Better than anything like Senna ,which gives me the cramps ..Sue
