Today has been a total wake up call.
A school friend passed away very suddenly, he was just about to turn 40, has a wonderful family, successful business and everything to live for.
I have added this not to scare anyone or make your anxiety worse, but to remind all of us to treasure those who are important to us.
Anxiety and depression leaves you with little confidence and you become a little selfish by way of coping, but life can be very short so tell the ones you love how you feel about themxxx
