hi

does anybody get upper abdominal pain as well as lower when they having their period together with bloating upper and lower abdominal region.

Im so bloated its setting off my funny beats and taking my breath away.

Ive even got pain in my back passage all wind related im hoping because of my peroid.

Hello. I get all of that including sharp pain in my back passage!

I blame it on muscle cramps and contractions. Please don't worry about it. It will soon pass.
