not eating breakfast, how do u feel?

i had no breakfast this morning as was rushing to take my son to nursery for first time!
i noticed my heart suddenly starting racing and i could really feel it, made me feel and think i hope i dont pass out. I had a few bits of apple and rescue remedy and it went!
was this sugar levels dropping? is it normal for everyone? thanks.
im ok tho not panicking! just wondering x

I never leave the house without eating - ever!!!!!

    Love Piglet xx

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

You should never skip breakfast, its the most important meal of the day. I can never go without breakfast if I do, by about 10am I feel all shaky and faint, a sure sign of low blood sugar.

Yes, it is the most important meal of the day. Unfortunately, I skip it until late morning every day. I just don't don't have the time & never feel like eating when I first get up. I've felt faint the odd time, but a cup of sweet tea normally does the trick. If you like bananas, try and wolf one down if you're ever in a rush.
