    Another new person

    Hello,

    Another one who found you by accident. I have had depression on and off for years. Last year I had a big traumatising life changing event and was thrown into mental turmoil. I'm starting to come out of it and was looking for other people who live with the depression and panic attacks when I came across this site.

    Just started on citalopram (kept refusing it for months), so I am looking forward to an improvement at some point.
