    Smile Hi, I'm new. My name is Emma :)

    Hi there. My name is Emma, I am 27 and I live nr High Wycombe in the Uk. I have GAD (Anxiety) and Depression. I am struggling with a work situation at the moment and have been trying CBT. I have recently changed from Fluoxetine to Venlafaxin (Or something like that!).

    Hmm did I over-share? Just wanted to build a picture *waves*
